Email: We will use e-mail to inform and update you about the project. Do add realaccounts@nestcorporation.org.uk and the email addresses of our researchers to your contacts to avoid any updates getting into your junk or spam folder.
Phone: From time to time, we may also contact you by phone if you have shared your telephone number with us for this purpose.
Whatsapp: We know that some people prefer to use WhatsApp to communicate with others so we have added WhatsApp as an optional way we can communicate about scheduling of interviews and other logistics relating to the research. We will ask in our first interview if you are happy for us to contact you in this way. The first time we contact you via WhatsApp (if you have given your consent), we will ask you to consider the WhatsApp LLC privacy policy and also to read our Fair Processing Notice about how your WhatsApp data is used and what we do to keep your data safe.
