How can I contact the research team?
If you wish to contact us, there are a number of ways to do so:
Email: the best way to contact us is by emailing us on realaccounts@nestcorporation.org.uk. Please note this email account is monitored on weekdays between 9am and 5.30pm. We will aim to reply to your email within 24 hours but please note that sometimes a response will take a little longer.
Phone: If you prefer contacting us by phone, you can do so by calling us on 0777 153 8420. Once you are assigned to one of the researchers, they will share their Nest Insight mobile phone number with you so that you can also contact them directly relating to the research.
Whatsapp: We know that some people prefer to use WhatsApp to communicate with others so we have added WhatsApp as an optional way for you to contact us. You can use the above numbers to contact us about the research via WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us by using WhatsApp, we will refer you to the WhatsApp LLC privacy policy and also ask you to read our Fair Processing Notice about how WhatsApp uses your data and what we do to keep your data safe.
